Stumble Upon

computer.jpgI have been up since 8, which is pretty good since we had daylight savings here.  I spent 3 hours trying to figure out on the internet where to post a new blog idea I came up with.  As I was searching for “paid for blogging” I found out that there were sites that actually paid you for inserting ads into your blogs. In other words, you set up a blog around a topic to make an online income from putting an advertisement on them.  Evidently, this works more if you want to put up something superficial and are not worried about becoming a leader in your field.

Since credibility is important to me, I don’t want to go there, but I did stumble upon something else.  On problogger there is a job list where they are website owners looking for people to write blogs for them or take over existing blogs.  I really believe that the internet is going to become more and more of a life saver for people that are out of work and a way for them to generate money while they are searching for a job.

Gone are the days where you got up at 6:00 a.m. in the morning with your perfect resume tucked into your leather brief case as you physically went job hunting door to door.  For the next generation, obtaining a job like that will seem as old-fashion as black and white t.v., as everyone will post their resumes online and wait for a call.

I believe over the next couple of years everyone will head to the internet to blog and earn some cash to supplement their income as they wait for that call, because more and more websites will rely on just about anybody to fill their pages with information, as all they have to do is pay them from their advertisement earnings.  Now whose helping who?
